Do not send your signed form via U.S. Mail. Current delays in mail delivery services, especially during the election, could delay the delivery of your signed form. It is therefore essential that you follow the instructions set forth above to ensure that your verification form is properly signed, notarized, and received by us so that we can file your case before the court deadline.
