As predicted, Boyce Hydro has now declared bankruptcy. You can review the documents here that Boyce has filed.  This was always expected and our clients can rest assured this will have no negative impact on our pending litigation against the State of Michigan. In fact, the amount of Boyce’s debt as described in the bankruptcy proceedings strongly suggests Boyce was not an appropriate selection to continuously own and operate the dam.
